New Patterns was commissioned by youth specialist agency, We are Futures, to carry out a scoping and research project to identify, consult and recommend partner organisations for the design and delivery of a national youth employability programme for a major bank.
We also advised on the partnership delivery model, programme design and content to ensure it would be tailored around young people and aligned well with the client's CSR strategy.
